2. Using this website
By browsing this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
Customers using the website who are minors (under the age of 18) shall not register as a user of the website and shall not transact on or use the website.
3. Products, prices and availability
- All prices are in UAE dirhams (AED) and include VAT at 5%.
- Product images are for illustration. The colour and details of the actual product may differ slightly.
- Stock is limited. If a product becomes unavailable after you order, we will tell you and refund any amount you have paid in full.
- If a price on the website is wrong, we will contact you before processing the order, and you may cancel it.
4. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we confirm your order by email, phone or WhatsApp. We may decline an order, for example when a product is out of stock or when we cannot verify the payment or delivery details. Wholesale orders are agreed separately in writing.
5. Payment
- We accept payments online using Visa and Mastercard credit or debit cards in AED, and Apple Pay and Google Pay, through our bank's secure payment gateway.
- Card details are entered on the payment gateway's page and are not stored by us.
- The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and merchant policies and rules.
- Multiple shipments or deliveries may result in multiple postings to the cardholder's monthly statement.
6. Delivery
We deliver within the United Arab Emirates only. Delivery times, fees and conditions are set out in our Delivery policy.
7. Returns, refunds and cancellations
Returns, refunds and cancellations are handled under our Returns & refund policy. Refunds are made only through the original mode of payment.
8. Warranty
Phones are covered by the warranty stated on the product page. The warranty does not cover damage from accidents, liquid, misuse, unauthorised repair or normal wear and tear.
9. Sanctions
We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries in accordance with the law of the UAE.
10. Trademarks
Apple, iPhone, Apple Pay, Samsung, Galaxy, Xiaomi, Redmi, Google Pay, Visa, Mastercard and other brand names on this website are trademarks of their owners. They are used only to identify the products we sell and the payment methods we accept. Nahr Alrafidayn Trading L.L.C is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with these companies.
11. Liability
To the extent permitted by UAE law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or of the products, and our total liability for an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under UAE consumer protection law.
12. Governing law
Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai shall have jurisdiction.
